DEATHS

Cloud▬▬Grace Mae Armstrong was born December 18, 1887, in Brown county, Kansas. Died June 20, 1911, aged 23 years, 6 months and 2 days. She was married to Pearle W. Cloud December 18, 1906. Besides the husband she leaves two daughters, two and four years old, a mother and two brothers. Mrs. Cloud was taken ill March 1, with typhoid pneumonia. Later other complications developed causing her death. She bore her long illness and suffering with great patience, never complaining. Funeral services were held on Thursday afternoon in the Padonia M. E. church, where many of the neighbors and friends assembled to do honor to the one they had known so well in former days, and to sympathize with those who feel their loss so keenly. Rev. M. O. Moyer, the pastor of the M. E. church, preached the sermon from the text Isa. 40-8, after which the remains were placed in their earthly tomb in the Padonia cemetery.—M. O. Moyer, pastor of the M. E. church.
