Kenneth R. Fulmer, 82, of North Little Rock passed away Thursday, August 8, 2013.
He was born in Satillo, AR to the late Carl and Ruby Fulmer. Kenneth is preceded in death by his parents and his loving and caring wife, Vera M. Fulmer and his daughter, Lisa Fulmer.
Kenneth is survived by his son, David Fulmer and a host of other family and friends.
He was a member of Cornerstone Bible Fellowship in Sherwood. He served Army during the Korean War and retired from Ft. Roots Veteran Hospital with 35 years of service. He was devoted husband, father and friend.

Vera Fulmer, age 75, of North Little Rock died Sunday, May 2, 2004. Mrs. Fulmer was a registered nurse and of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Lisa, a brother, Bernard, and her parents, Herschel and Nodie Cheatham.
Her husband of fifty years, Kenneth Fulmer and one son, David Fulmer survive her. She is also survived by one brother, Doug Cheatham and his wife Debbie, a sister-in-law, Mary Cheatham, and a host of nieces and one nephew.
