Paul H Lyndaker, son of Christian and Lena (Yousey) Lyndaker, was born in Croghan, N.Y., June 28, 1897; died of cancer at his home in Castorland, N.Y., Dec. 5, 1974; aged 77 y. On May 21, 1924, he was married to Catherine Widrick, who preceded him in death on Sept. 28, 1961. On Oct. 14, 1967, he was married to Florence Behney, who survives. Also surviving are 6 daughters (Lena Mrs. Gerald Yancey, Gladys Mrs. Gerald Schweitzer, Alta Mrs. Judson Noftsier, Catherine Mrs. Renford, Dannan, Dorothy Mrs. Elmer Zehr, and Helen Mrs. Loren Unruh), 5 sons (Howard, Kenneth, Norman, Christian, and Paul, Jr.), 39 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, one sister (Ruth Mrs. Elmer Widrick), and 2 brothers (Amos and Ednor). One son, David, preceded him in death. He was member of Croghan Conservative Mennonite Church, where funeral services were held on Dec. 8, in charge of Richard Zehr; interment in church cemetery.

Lyndaker, Catherine, daughter of Joseph and Catherine Widrick, was born at New Bremen, N.Y., Nov. 29, 1903; died following an automobile accident, in the House of the Good Samaritan Hospital, Watertown, N.Y., Sept. 28, 1961; aged 57 y. 10 m. 30 d. On May 21, 1924, she was married to Paul Lyndaker, who survives. Also surviving are 11 children (Lena-Mrs. Gerald Yancey and Dorothy-Mrs. Elmer Zehr, both of Lowville, N.Y.; Alta-Mrs. Judson Noftsier and Kenneth, both of Castorland, N.Y.; Howard, Beaver Falls, N.Y.; Norman, Woodville, N.Y.; Gladys--Mrs. Gerald Schweitzer, Upland, Calif.; Christian, Garden City, Long Island; Catherine, Helen, and Paul, at home), 4 sisters (Mary-Mrs. Abner Zehr and Laura-Mrs. Benjamin Zehr, both of Woodville, N.Y.; Lena-Mrs. Alvin Lyndaker and Mabel-Mrs. Clarence Mayer, both of Lowville, N.Y.), 4 brothers (Joseph, John, and Irving, all of Lowville; and Nelson, Croghan, N.Y.), and 22 grandchildren. One infant son and one sister preceded her in death. She was a member of the Croghan Conservative Mennonite Church, where services were held Sept. 30, in charge of Richard Zehr, Elias Zehr, and Lloyd Boshart.
