AMANDA DOVIE NESBIT was born in 1832 in Iredell County, North Carolina to MOSES F NESBIT (1808 – 1883) and CATHERINE (1803 – 1850). She married ABRAHAM MADISON WILSON in 1853. They had nine children in 21 years. She died in 1923 in Gatewood, Missouri, at the age of 91.
